Another splatter wall from me 
This is Takasugi Shinsuke from Gintama. 25 or so layers. I used various splatter brushes from DeviantArt, along with a render from a scan from Minitokyo. Some filters, lens flares, blurring and stuff, and voila! It's simple but I hope you like it!
